Adab Tidur

assalamualaikum. sebenarnya dah lama pasang niat nak share topik ni. hari tu ada beli buku (guna baucar buku hihi) berjudul 'Sifat Tidur Rasulullah S.A.W', ditulis oleh Abu 'Abdillah bin Luqman Al Atsari. RM5 je, tu pun sebab nak bagi cukup nilai jumlah harga buku ditukarkan dgn baucar tu. terus tertarik tengok word '...Tidur...' memandangkan hobi pada waktu cuti ni adalah tidur. haha, self slap. kalau dikaji dan diselidik kembali, adab-adab tidur menurut Islam ni banyak sebenarnya tapi tak pe, mari tengok beberapa adab tidur yg digariskan dalam Islam menurut buku ini.

1. Jadikan tidur sbg ibadah
2. Jangan tidur selepas Subuh
3. Tidur di awal malam
4. Makruh tidur sebelum Isya'
5. Menutup pintu, mematikan lampu dan api
6. Menutup tempat makanan dan minuman
7. Berwudhuk
8. Mengibas tempat tidur
9. Solat witir sebelum tidur
10. Larangan tidur dalam satu selimut
11. Jangan tidur di atas rumah yang tiada penghalang
12. Jaga aurat ketika tidur
13. Tidur dgn berbaring ke sisi kanan
14. Makruh tidur meniarap
15. Dilarang meletak kaki di atas kaki lainnya
16. Baca Al Quran sebelum tidur
17. Membaca doa sebelum tidur

Bagi point nombor 1, berniatlah tidur sbg merehatkan badan dan memulihkan kekuatan agar dpt kembali beribadat kpd Allah S.W.T.

nombor 2, tidur pd waktu Subuh mencegah rezeki kerana ketika itulah waktu pembahagian rezeki di samping menyebabkan kemalasan dan lemah. menurut penulis buku ni lagi, tidur selepas Asar byk dibenci ulama kerana tidur setelah Asar dipercayai akal seseorg menjadi lemah atau kacau, kecuali sgt mendesak dan mengantuk yg tad dpt ditahan, Wallahu'alam.

nombor 3, Rasulullah tidur di awal malam agar dpt bangun di awal sepertiga malam utk beribadat.

perkara nombor 4 ni dilarang kerana dpt menyebabkan seseorg tu tidur hingga Subuh, terlepas Isya' dan solat malam.

bagi nombor 5, jika diselaraskan dgn logik duniawi, mematikan api dan lampu adalah tindakan preventif kpd kebakaran namun hal ni juga dipercayai berkaitan dgn kesihatan manusia tau, cuba google. hebat tak agama kita hihi.

nombor 6 tu bagi mengelakkan benda2 asing drpd 'hinggap' ke makanan.

nombor 7 tu faham2 la, berwuduk sblom tidur mmg sunnah yg dituntut dan beruntunglah bagi manusia yg mati dlm tidur, pd masa yg sama dlm keadaan suci atau berwudhuk.

nombor 8, perkara ni sunnah, sabda baginda "...dia tidak tahu apa yg akan menimpa padanya..." yg pd pemahaman cetek saya ni, antara contohnya kot2 la atas katil tu ada jarum yg kita tak nampak ke sebelum baring kan, kibaslah. correct me if I'm wrong.

nombor 9, solat witir ni ibarat penutup segala ibadah pd hari2 yg kita lalui.

nombor 10, tak digalakkan share selimut sebab khuatir akan mendedah dan terlihat aurat masing2.

nombor 11, hmm I'm not sure tapi org2 tua ckp tidur or baring bawah langit syaitan langkah haha. ok, penghalang yg dimaksudkan maybe bagi keselamatan dan perlindungan la drpd hujan or binatang.

nombor 12, faham2 lah. time sekolah asrama dulu ustazah mewajibkan semua pelajar perempuan pakai seluar time tidur dan bagi boys pulak, hahaha, boxer akan dirampas lol.

nombor 13, cara baringan tidur ni adalah cara Rasulullah ye. baginda tidur sebelah kanan dan meletakkan tangannya di bawah pipi. cara baringan ni juga byk dikaitkan dgn kebaikan kpd kesihatan manusia. sila google lagi.

nombor 14, tidur meniarap ni cara tidur penghuni neraka dan syaitan. ada kaitan juga dgn kesihatan manusia. antara contohnya, baring meniarap ni boleh mengehadkan oksigen utk sampai ke otak dan seluruh badan sebab menekan jantung dan paru-paru, so bangun tidur mesti rasa pening2. lagi satu, meniarap ni bagi tekanan kpd spine or tulang belakang beberapa kali ganda drpd biasa, so siapa tak nak bongkok di usia muda jgn amalkan baring meniarap. attention utk diri sendiri!

nombor 15, tak digalakkan tidur sambil menyilang kaki mcm gaya tidur org kaya tu la, pendek katanya. ada possibility terbukanya aurat atau sebahagiannya.

nombor 16, sunnah baca ayatul Kursi, tiga Qul, surah Al-Mulk dan 2 ayat terakhir surah Al-Baqarah.

nombor 17, ok bacalah doa yg kita belajar drpd tadika ni, Bismikallahumma ahya wa amut (Dengan nama-Mu Ya Allah aku hidup dan aku mati).

Let's continue reviewing hehe. for second part, I'll highlight on the contents of the photo essay book. well, it's ALL written in Hangul and once again, brainfreeze. please, somebody, translate them! haha. ok, that's the most challenging part for someone who couldn't read Hangul at all, like me. sobs. but never mind, as long as I feel tempted by looking the photos included in the book pfft. big applause to the young talented photographer, who else? it's Kim Myungsoo aka L. I just love how Woollim Ent. supports his interest by giving him chance to indirectly show his talent to the public, by compiling and selling his 'work' or in other word the photos and journal that he wrote along his journey while completing the photo essay book. I believe that L has a bright future in photography as long as he keeps sharpen his hidden skills. do you think so?

Let's start. Are you ready?

The prologue. I told you it's in Hangul. Let's read the translation.

While I was getting ready for an outdoors broadcast, I once felt the rustling wind, and made eye contact with the sky as I lifted my head. “Ring, ring~” I ignored my smartphone that had been ringing, and opened my mouth to breathe in the fresh air. As I did so, it felt as if all the toxins hiding in my body were escaping. How many times in life will I be able to open my heart that has been closed tightly and meet “myself” with “memories and longing” tightly in my fist…in a world where I am not the controller, but a slave to time? As a celebrity, I had a wish that I wanted to communicate with the world as a “normal guy in his 20’s, sharing his day-to-day, immature life”… Not as Infinite’s “L”.

The official time when I got a DSLR in my hands was after getting my first down payment on my contract. I bought it with excitement in my trainee years. I really loved being in both sides of the camera ever since I was young, and so having the very thing that I have been wanting very much right in my hands, I didn’t know what to do first or what to start, so I decided to use it as an equipment to organize my daily life;a type of “diary” I can make notes on. Even if a little bit of time was available, I would find myself going out with it to take pictures, and it became a time when I could enjoy myself, making a space of my own. I think it’s about time that I release to the public another “L— Myungsoo”… the pictures and messages that have helped me in organizing my thoughts in this very dizzy world.

In this (book), I want to show my true self, surpassing those of the five senses and appealing to the true feelings. I hope that this book really soothes somebody in a world that is used to comfortability, therefore prone to tiredness and depression, vanity and weakness, and from all the pressures of competition which tire and hurt the mind and body. Right now, the reason why we are together at this very moment, you and I, is because this is our valuable time together.

Being able to record my environment with leisure is like blowing a breath of hope into a flower that had not been able to bloom. The streets that I daily walk through or the repetitive street signs I see, look like signs and ways pointing to success, and sometimes I choke with on-coming tears when I see scattered footprints printed on the beach. If through this book of time, one can be comforted in a time of distress… may one tear of happiness be a drop of sparkling delight.
